Who are we looking for?

At Replace IT, we’re looking for a Software Engineer focused on AI and LLMs, with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills—someone who can contribute both to development and strategic client meetings.

You’ll be part of a team that designs cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, combining machine learning, next-gen language models, and well-structured MLOps pipelines. You’ll also be involved in presentations, trainings, and technical client visits—so we’re looking for someone enthusiastic, clear in communication, and truly passionate about technology.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions based on language models (LLMs) and machine learning.

  • Actively participate in client meetings, understanding their needs and clearly communicating technical proposals.

  • Work with LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.

  • Build and manage MLOps pipelines, from training and experiment tracking to production deployment.

  • Implement observability practices in pipelines using tools such as Datadog for monitoring and JFrog for artifact management and security.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in the AI ecosystem.

  • Support the commercial team in technical sales meetings or client trainings when required.


    • Requirements

  • Proven experience developing AI, ML, or LLM-based solutions.

  • Strong proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks and NLP pipelines.

  • Knowledge of vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) strategies.

  • Experience with at least one cloud provider—ideally Azure, though AWS or GCP is also valued.

  • Experience implementing observability and monitoring in pipelines using Datadog, and managing artifacts with JFrog.

  • Ability to clearly present technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
