Who are we looking for?

We are searching for a flexible, adaptable, and passionate individual eager to learn and grow, to join us as a Semi Sr. or Sr.  Project Manager (Agile) within our VFG Consulting vertical.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will oversee cross-functional teams, implement Agile best practices, and ensure project execution aligns with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Agile projects by implementing Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.
-Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution effectively.
-Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-Work closely with product owners, engineers, and designers to align on priorities and deliverables.
-Ensure clear communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
-Track and report project progress, key metrics, and deliverables using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
-Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the organization.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and project management best practices.

Requirements:
-3+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
-Proven experience leading Scrum teams and Agile projects.
-Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
-Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar Agile tools.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
-Experience working in software development or IT-related projects.
-Proficiency in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Nice to Have:
-Certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe, or PMI-ACP.
-Experience in cloud-based and DevOps projects.
-Familiarity with Lean and Agile transformation initiatives.
-Background in software engineering or product management.
-Advanced english level

Work Modality:
This position is open to applicants from anywhere. If based in Uruguay, you have the option to work in a hybrid format.
